既有铁路隧道衬砌钢拱架安装槽快速开槽技术综述

Rapid Grooving Technology for Steel Arch Installation Grooves on Lining of Existing Railway Tunnel

摘要:

采用人工手持混凝土切割机、凿毛机等通用机具进行既有铁路隧道衬砌钢拱架安装槽开槽施工,存在机械化程度低、开槽速度慢、难以满足隧道病害快速整治要求且施工安全难以保证等问题。在调研国内外隧道病害整治开槽方法和设备现状的基础上,基于金刚石锯片切削混凝土属于脆性破坏机制,提出“组合式刀具一次切削成槽”的隧道衬砌钢拱架安装槽开槽方法及施工工艺; 针对水射流切割技术,提出隧道衬砌钢拱架安装槽“水射流切槽”施工工艺; 针对切割轮和环形轨道开槽机,提出“多次切削成槽”方法及施工工艺。基于“组合式刀具一次切削成槽”、“水射流切槽”和“多次切削成槽”3种开槽施工技术,提出既有铁路隧道衬砌钢拱架安装槽开槽设备的研制建议。

Abstract:

The grooving construction of steel arch installation grooves of existing railway tunnel lining by manual concrete cutting machine and chiseling machine is characterized by low mechanization degree and slow speed, which cannot meet the requirements of rapid treatment of tunnel diseases and construction safety. Hence, the current situation of grooving methods and equipment for tunnel disease treatment in China and abroad are investigated. Based on the brittle fracture mechanism of diamond saw blade cutting concrete, the method of grooving at one time with combined cutter is put forward; the grooving technology of water jet is put forward; and the multitime grooving technology of cutter and grooving machine with circular track is also put forward. Based on the 3 grooving methods mentioned above, the suggestions on the development of grooving equipment are put forward.
