摘要:

隧道作为重要的交通基础设施,其质量和安全受地质、结构和施工等各类因素的影响。为解决当前隧道建设中信息杂乱、集成化不足、信息传递差的弊病,引入BIM 技术建立隧道地质、土建结构、机电设备全BIM 模型; 以BIM 模型为载体,将隧道建设全过程的海量信息汇集整合,实现各类数据的结构化存储、关联和可视化展示,形成BIM 模型数据库; 在此基础上,通过对构件进行编码及轻量化处理,研发出工程信息管理平台。平台在广东金门隧道工程的应用,不仅有效解决了隧道建设期的地质预警、施工进度、工程质量、资料管理等“痛点”问题,还为后期运营养护提供了精准详实的工程数字化信息,为安全运营奠定了隧道本体结构和设施设备风险预警和防控的优良基础。

Abstract:

As an important transportation infrastructure, the quality and safety of tunnels are affected by various factor such as geology, structure and construction. Aiming at the problems of disordered information, insufficient integration, poor circulation and poor information transmission in current tunnel construction, BIM technology is introduced to establish a full BIM model for tunnel geology, structure and electromechanical equipment. Taking BIM model as a carrier, massive information in the whole process of tunnel construction is collected and integrated to realize structured storage, association and visual display of various data and form BIM model database. On this basis, the engineering information platform is developed by coding and lightening the model components. The application of the platform in Guangdong Jinmen Tunnel project not only effectively solves the "pain points" such as geological warning, construction progress, engineering quality and data management during the tunnel construction period, but also provides accurate and detailed engineering digital information for later operation and maintenance, and lays an excellent foundation for risk early warning and prevention and control of the tunnel body structure and facilities and equipment for safe operation.
