碱性环境隧道排水管结晶规律室内试验研究

Experimental Study on Crystallization Rule of Tunnel Drainpipe in Alkaline Environment

摘要:

我国西南地区修建的隧道存在着日益突出的排水系统结晶堵塞问题。为研究该环境下排水管结晶规律,基于地下水和结晶物分析结果,在实验室以PVC 管模拟隧道排水管、以纯CaCl2 和NaOH 试剂配制4 种pH 值(8、9、10、11)饱和溶液,分别进行试验管半充水和满充水2 种状态下8 种工况的56 d 结晶生长试验; 通过对晶体质量、XRD 和SEM 图分析,得出结晶规律。结果表明: 排水管结晶量随pH 值增大而增加,但受pH 值和充水状态的耦合影响;当pH 值为8~10 时,半充水管结晶量更高,结晶量受充水状态影响较大;当pH 值为11 时,在试验开始23 d 后满充水管结晶量逐渐高于半充水管,结晶量受pH 值影响较大。结晶体均为方解石,pH 值越大,晶体晶型以纺锤形为主、堆积越紧密、晶粒尺寸越小且均匀。

Abstract:

The increasingly prominent blockage problem caused by crystallization exists in tunnels′ drainage system in southwest China. In order to study the crystallization rule of drainpipe, based on the analysis results of groundwater and crystallization, PVC pipes are used to simulate the actual tunnel drainage pipes and four kinds of saturated solutions (with pH value 8,9,10,11, respectively) are prepared by pure CaCl2 and NaOH reagents. The 56-day growth crystallization tests with the four saturated solutions under two water-filling states (i. e. semi-filled and full-filled) are carried out respectively. Through analyzing of the crystalline, the XRD and SEM figures, the growth rule of crystallization in tunnel drainpipe is obtained. The results show that the amount of crystallization increases with pH value though it is coupling affected by pH value and water-filling condition. When the pH value is within 8~10, the amount of crystallization in semi-filled pipe is higher, and it is affected more greatly by the condition of water-filling. When the pH value is 11, after 23 days of test, the amount of crystallization in full-filled pipe gradually turns higher than that in the semi-filled pipe, and the amount of crystallization is primarily affected by the pH value. The crystallization samples used in the tests are all calcite, and the greater the pH value, the crystallization that appear mainly in spindle shape accumulate more compact and the size is smaller and more uniform.
