盾构管片钢筋笼平面网片自动成型模块设计与应用

摘要:

为解决盾构隧道管片钢筋笼平面网片人工焊接效率低、人员投入大、加工质量不稳定等问题,以佛莞城际FGZH-3 标项目为依托,对管片钢筋笼平面网片成型模块的自动定位与成型、横筋自动落料与焊接装置、平面网片弯弧与焊接装置、自动控制系统等的设计方案进行研究和优化。通过引入平面网片定型装置、内外弧弯曲矫正模具等解决了平面网片弯曲和焊接应力集中、接头对正和焊接质量不稳定等难题,可实现管片钢筋笼平面网片从钢筋落料至一次成型的机械化、自动化,保障平面网片加工质量,降低工人劳动强度,以期推动管片钢筋笼自动加工成套设备的研发与升级。

Abstract:

In order to solve the problems of low manual welding efficiency, substantial personnel input and unstable processing quality of the plane mesh of the shield tunnel segment, the FGZH-3 Project of Foshan-Dongguan Inter-city is selected to form the plane mesh of the segment steel cage. The design and optimization of the module′s automatic positioning and forming, horizontal beam automatic blanking and welding device, plane mesh bending and welding device, automatic control system are carried out. The problems of plane mesh bending and welding stress concentration, joint alignment and unstable welding quality are solved through the introduction of plane mesh forming device, internal and external arc bending correction mold and other institutions. The mechanization and automation of the plane mesh of the segment steel cage from the blanking of the steel to the one-time forming are realized, which ensures the stable processing quality of the plane mesh and reduces the labor intensity of workers. The study results can provide guiding significance for promoting the research & development and upgrade of automatic processing equipment for segment steel cages.
