长大管节沉放阶段测量塔偏移影响分析

Influence of Measuring Tower Offset During Installation of LongandLarge Immersed Tunnel Element

摘要: 深中通道沉管管节在沉放期间测量塔顶横向偏移随管节埋深增加而增大。为查明测量塔顶数据出现异常的原因,以便管节沉放时现场能结合测量数据准确掌握管节姿态并做出相应合理决策,通过三维有限元软件整体建模,在复杂环境条件风、波浪、水流作用下,综合分析沉放安装过程中管节及测量塔的变形情况,并与管节沉放阶段管节净空变化监测数据进行对比。分析表明: 大跨深水条件下管节的挠曲变形及海潮的共同影响是测量塔塔顶偏移的主要原因。结合分析结果提出的针对性解决方案和建议,可避免对管节测控精度造成过大影响。

Abstract: The lateral offset of the measuring tower top increases with increasing buried depth of immersed tunnel segment during segment sinking of ShenzhenZhongshan link. To investigate the measuring data abnormality of measuring tower top and further provide reference for decisionmaking of response to segment attitude, the threedimensional finite element modeling software is used to comprehensively analyze the deformation of segments and measuring tower during segment sinking under the actions of wind, sea wave, and waterflow. The results are compared with the monitoring data of immersed tunnel segment during sinking. The analytical results reveal that the flexure deformation of segment and the influence of sea tide are the main reasons for the offset of measuring tower top. Finally, corresponding solutions and suggestions are proposed to control the segment installation accuracy.
