基于TBM滚刀等效更换次数的滚刀寿命分析

Service Life Analysis of Disc Cutter Based on Equivalent Replacement Times of Disc Cutter of Tunnel Boring Machine

摘要: 为准确获取现场TBM滚刀的使用寿命,统计引绰济辽输水工程2标硬岩隧道中TBM滚刀的消耗量和累积磨损量,结合滚刀的磨损限定值,提出滚刀等效更换次数的概念用于计算滚刀寿命。根据隧道沿线的岩体条件,分析花岗岩和凝灰岩中不同围岩等级下的滚刀寿命变化规律,探究Ⅱ、Ⅲ类围岩中滚刀寿命与岩石单轴抗压强度和岩体体积节理数的相关性。研究结果表明: 1)所提出的滚刀等效更换次数可以准确计算出滚刀在不同地层中的寿命,并反映出异常失效滚刀在不同围岩等级中的占比情况; 2)在Ⅱ、Ⅲ类围岩中,滚刀寿命与岩石强度呈负幂函数关系,与岩体体积节理数呈正幂函数关系,随着岩石强度的降低及岩体节理的发育,滚刀寿命逐渐增加; 3)在Ⅳ类围岩中,影响滚刀失效的因素复杂,异常失效滚刀占比大,滚刀寿命降低。

Abstract: To accurately collect the service life data of disc cutters of tunnel boring machines(TBMs),  the consumption and cumulative wear of disc cutters of TBM boring in hard rock tunnel section of the Bid 2 of the Chaoer river to Xiliao river water conveyance project are counted. Then, the concept of equivalent replacement times of disc cutter is introduced to calculate the cutter service life based on cutter wear limit value. According to the stratigraphic changes along the tunnel line, the variation rule of cutter service life in granite and tuff rocks with different grades is analyzed, and the correlation between disc cutter service life and uniaxial compressive strength and rock volume joint number in grades Ⅱ and surrounding rocks is obtained. The results show the following: (1) The cutter equivalent replacement times can accurately calculate the cutter service life in different strata and reflect the proportions of abnormal failure cutters in different rocks. (2) In grades and surrounding rocks, the cutter service life has a negative power function relationship with rock strength and a positive power function relationship with rock volume joint number. With the decrease of rock strength and the development of rock joint, the cutter service life gradually increases. (3) In grade surrounding rock, the factors affecting the cutter wear are complex, the proportion of the abnormal failure cutters is large, and the cutter service life decreases.
