Abstract:

In the "Acceptance Standard for Construction Quality of Railway Subgrade Works" of the updated edition, more strict requirements are stipulated for the construction quality control of the subgrade works, which leads to some changes in the geotechnical test items and test methods. The article expatiates on the classification and grouping, the test items and the quality control criteria of the filling materials. The article also makes some discussions on the new problems encountered during the geotechnical tests.
