Abstract:

The top emphasis of the project cost control should be placed on internal management, especially on theeffective control of the direct cost and construction period. Furthermore, external factors of the construction market, changes of works and claims should also be considered in the project cost control. In this article, the author, based on his experience, makes discussions on theproject cost control during construction period.
