摘要:

 通过锦屏水电工程辅助洞西端工程的施工实例,从理论研究结合现场通风测试验证,成功地解决了巷道式射流风机选型、布置及通风管理等关键技术问题。归纳出射流通风的需风量、风机台数计算公式及相关参数的取值原则。通过双孔独头掘进9300m的施工通风效果检测,表明洞内空气质量的各项指标均达到国家环卫标准,实现内燃作业、无轨运输,取得良好的经济效益和社会效益。

Abstract:

Theoretical study and site ventilation tests are made on gallerytype jet construction ventilation technology on basis of Jinping Auxiliary Tunnel (west side) of Jinping hydropower project and conclusion is made on such key technologies as the type selection and layout of gallerytype jet ventilation fans and ventilation management. The calculation formula of the required air flow rate and the number of the fans and the principle of selecting proper values for the relevant parameters are summarized. The construction ventilation technology has been successfully applied in the deadend driving of the 9300mlong twintube tunnel with internal combustion working mode and trackless transportation system, which demonstrates that all the indexes of the air inside the tunnel have met the national environment and health requirements and good economic and social efficiency have been achieved.
