摘要:

结合上海某工程施工实例,简单介绍盾构始发端头水平冻结技术参数和方法,以及施工中特别注意的一些事项;详细叙述土压平衡盾构在水平冻结土体中始发时应采用的工艺流程,介绍始发过程中防止刀盘冻牢以及防止洞口涌水涌砂而应采取的方法和特殊措施,从监测结果分析冻胀和融沉的影响程度,采用特殊管片、车站结构预埋注浆管、跟踪注浆等措施有效的防止了冻胀和融沉对环境的影响,保证了始发施工和地表环境的安全。

Abstract:

 Taking a project in Shanghai as example, this paper briefly introduces the parameters and methods of horizontal freezing technology at the shield machine launching shaft and some special notice items in construction. The process flowchart of EPB shield boring in horizontal freezing soil and the methods and special measures to prevent freezing of cutter head and water and sand gushing at the portal are presented in detail. The influence degree of frostheave and thawingsubsidence is analyzed on basis of the monitoring data. Measures such as special segments, embedded injection pipes in station structure and tracing grouting are taken to avoid the influence of frostheave and thawingsubsidence on the environment. Thus the safety of shield machine launching and ground surface environment is ensured.
