摘要:

泥浆漏斗黏度是泥浆特性的一个重要指标,泥浆漏斗黏度对盾构掘进效果有重要影响。在一定范围内,泥浆漏斗黏度可以反映泥浆质量的好坏,泥浆漏斗黏度高,形成泥膜及携带土渣能力强,但配制泥浆的成本高,泵送难度大,分离效果差。不同规格试验仪器测试出的泥浆漏斗黏度之间存在较大差异,在试验的基础上,通过回归曲线找出了中国漏斗黏度与日本漏斗黏度之间的相对关系,并分析了配制泥浆的各原材料对泥浆漏斗黏度的影响。

Abstract:

 Funnel viscosity is a key index of slurry, which has significant influence on the boring of shield machines. To certain extent, the funnel viscosity is an indicator of the quality of slurries. Slurries with high funnel viscosity have strong filter cake forming capacity and muck carrying capacity; but on the other hand slurries with high funnel viscosity have higher cost and higher pumping difficulty and worse separation result. The funnel viscosities measured by different instruments vary greatly. By means of tests and regression curve analysis, the authors obtain the relation between Chinese funnel viscosity and Japanese funnel viscosity and analyze the influence of the mixing proportions of slurries on the funnel viscosities.
