摘要/Abstract

摘要：

阐述目前国家安全生产形势及政府落实安全生产“两个负责制”的相关要求，分析落实以“一岗双责”为核心的安全生产责任制的必要性，指出建筑企业落实安全生产责任制过程中存在的问题，提出了各级领导、各系统管理部门和相关管理人员履行安全生产职责的内容、方法及考核建议，对企业安全生产工作的推进和落实，有一定的现实意义和指导意义。

Abstract:

In this paper, the author presents the current safe production situations and the related government requirements on the implementation of “two responsibilities” in safe production. Then, the author analyses the necessity for implementing the safe production responsibility system with the core of “one position with two responsibilities” and points out the existing problems in implementation of this system in construction enterprises. At last, the author puts forward some suggestions on the contents, methods and assessment of safe production responsibilities for leaders, management departments and related management personnel of all levels, which is helpful to the boosting and implementation of safe production in construction enterprises.
