摘要:

 圆梁山隧道是渝怀线最长的铁路隧道,全长11068m,是典型的岩溶隧道。隧道施工过程中共揭露了5个大型充填型溶洞,其中施工难度最大的2#溶洞为高压富水深埋粉细砂充填型溶洞。以该溶洞钻孔注浆施工为例进行了工效分析,并从注浆参数、注浆材料、机械配套和劳动力组织等几个方面对圆梁山隧道粉细砂充填型溶洞的钻孔注浆快速施工技术进行了探讨。

Abstract:

The total length of Yuanliangshan tunnel is 11068m, which is a typical karst tunnel and the longest tunnel on ChongqingHuaihua railway. No.2 karst cave filled with silty sand in highpressure water abundant zone has the greatest difficulty in construction among the total 5 large filled karst caves in Yuanliangshan tunnel. Taking the borehole drilling and grouting construction of No.2 cave as an example, the author make analysis on the construction efficiency and discusses the rapid construction technology of borehole drilling and grouting in karst caves filled with silty sand in Yuanliangshan tunnel in terms of grouting parameters, grouting materials, equipment matching and labor organization.
