TBM弧形步进的滑槽快速施工技术

摘要:

为提高施工进度,以西秦岭隧道为工程实例,从施工进度、弧面质量、经济效益等方面进行方案比选,最终选择了TBM弧形步进滑槽的快速施工方法。事实证明此方案是可行的,达到了最高日进度160m的记录,保证了TBM组装和步进的开展。

Abstract:

Options for the casting of the arcshaped cradles for TBM stepping of West Qinling Tunnel are analyzed on basis of casting speed, arc surface quality and economical benefit, so as to shorten the construction period. In the end, the option of casting the arcshaped cradles by means of sliding formwork is selected. The maximum daily casting rate has reached 160m and the assembly and stepping of TBM are guaranteed, which demonstrates that the casting method adopted is feasible.
