无尺量测技术在西秦岭隧道TBM施工中的应用及数据分析

摘要: 现场量测是监视围岩稳定、判断支护衬砌设计和施工方法是否正确的重要手段,也是保证新奥法安全施工,提高经济效益的重要条件。兰渝铁路西秦岭隧道为大断面单线隧道,采用传统的围岩量测方法进行围岩变形观测难度较大,为解决围岩变形量测点位置较高、人员靠近困难的问题,在施工中采用了无尺量测技术。结合无尺量测技术在西秦岭隧道TBM施工中的应用情况,介绍利用全站仪进行无尺量测的原理及量测数据的分析。无尺量测技术解决了量测对施工的干扰,同时操作简便、工作效率高,被隧道施工广泛应用,本文介绍为类似工程施工提供借鉴和参考。

Abstract: Site measuring is an important method to check the stability of surrounding rock mass and the design and construction technology of supporting and lining, and also, it can guaranteed the safety of the NATM construction, improve the economic efficiency. West Qinling tunnel on LanzhouChongqing tunnel is a singlelined tunnel with large crosssection, and it is difficult to measure the deformation of surrounding rock by using traditional measuring method. The nonruler tunnel deformation measurement technology is adopted, so as to solve the problems of high measuring point and measuring difficulty. The measuring principle and data of nonruler tunnel deformation measurement technology by total station are analyzed, with its application in TBM tunneling of West Qinling tunnel as an example. In the end, the easy operation and high efficiency of the technology avoids the influence of the measurement on the construction. The paper can provide reference for similar projects in the future.
