营盘路湘江隧道水下浅埋大跨段隧道施工工法研究

摘要:

为保证营盘路湘江隧道水下浅埋大跨断面的施工安全,合理地确定施工组织方式、施工措施及超大断面施工方法,通过借鉴前人研究的成果,提出水下浅埋大跨段的施工工法设计方案,并利用三维模型对开挖过程进行仿真模拟。计算及施工监控数据分析证明了施工过程中采取的14部开挖、双层支护、提前扩挖过渡等技术的合理性,成功解决了湘江水下最大跨度隧道施工安全稳定的难题。

Abstract:

The construction technologies for the shallow largespan underwater section of Xiangjian rivercrossing tunnel at Yingpan road are studied, and the excavation of the tunnel section is simulated by means of 3D model, so as to guarantee the construction safety and to select proper construction organization and proper construction method. The analysis on the calculation and monitoring data proves that the 14step excavation method, doubleshell support technology and transitional section excavation technology adopted in the tunnel construction are rational. For the sake of the construction technologies mentioned, the safety and stability of the shallow largespan section of Xiangjiang rivercrossing tunnel are guaranteed.
