锦屏一级水电站地下厂房围岩破坏影响因素分析与施工技术研究

摘要:

通过对锦屏一级水电站地下厂房的工程地质条件、布置与结构设计、工程监测资料的汇总分析,针对围岩破坏与地应力、强度应力比、地质结构面、洞室布置与结构的相关关系分析,重点分析围岩破损与施工开挖程序、分层、爆破、支护结构与支护时机选择的相关关系,认为在高地应力条件施工中创新采用的应力有限释放控制技术(含不同围岩的个性化爆破设计、动态确定岩壁吊车梁浇筑时间、大型地下洞室群交岔口施工技术、圆筒形建筑螺旋形立体开挖支护施工技术)对围岩变形破坏控制起到了重要的作用。根据前人相关研究成果,参考和引用了理论、原理、计算分析方法、试验方法和相关数据,结合本工程的实际情况,对施工技术进行研究,解决工程施工的实际问题,指导工程施工,也为类似工程研究与实施提供参考。

Abstract:

The engineering geological conditions, arrangement and structure designs and monitoring data of underground plant of Jinping Stage I Hydropower station are analyzed. The relationship among surrounding rock failure, excavation sequence, layer dividing, blasting, supporting structure and supporting timing are analyzed on basis of analysis on the relationship among surrounding rock failure, ground stress, strength stress ratio, geological structure plane, cavern arrangement and structures. Conclusion is drawn that the limited stress releasing technology, which includes specialized blasting design, dynamic determination of the concreting time of the crane beam, construction technologies for junctions of huge caverns and spiral excavation and supporting technologies for cylindrical structures, plays an important role in the control of the deformation and failure of surrounding rock. The construction technologies are studied on basis of studying on the existing theories, mechanism, calculation and analysis methods, testing methods and related data. The paper can provide reference for similar projects in the future.
