6.22 m敞口式盾构前檐支护装置的设计与研究

摘要:

前檐支护装置是敞口盾构的重要部件,主要作用是支撑隧道面上部,承载拱顶的土压力,避免上方土体的坍塌。以北京地铁6号线敞口盾构前檐装置为研究对象,介绍前檐支护装置的功能、结构、前檐推力计算及油缸选型。选取2种典型工况进行有限元分析,得到前檐的应力云图和位移云图,为前檐的设计和改进提供参考,同时提出改进措施,并进行改进。通过样机的试制及实际施工的检验,证明了前檐结构的可行性、可靠性。

Abstract:

Advance timbering, an important component of open shield, plays a crucial role in supporting the tunnel, bearing the earth pressure and preventing the collapse. In the paper, the function, configuration, thrust calculation and cylinder selection of the advance timbering of 6.22 m open shield used in No. 6 line of Beijing Metro are presented. Furthermore, a finite element model for the advance timbering is established based on 2 typical working conditions and the stress and deformation contour plots are generated. According to the analysing results, improvement measures are proposed and carried out. The boring of the prototype shield proves that the advance timbering designed is feasible and reliable.
