暗挖地铁车站通风系统的布置与风道的设计研究

Study on Arrangement of Ventilation System of Mined Metro Station and Design of Ventilation Passage

摘要:

地铁车站暗挖风道断面大、施工难度大、风险较大、工期长,是施工的重点和难点。文章通过研究集成闭式环控系统模式下的暗挖风道4种布置形式,即单独设置风道形式、与区间合建形式、加长主体结构与其结合设置形式、暗挖主体结构增加1跨与其结合的设置形式,分析了4种不同风道形式的特点和适用条件,并以北京地铁6号线西延工程廖公庄站为例,对不同风道形式下的车站建筑功能、结构特点、工程筹划及投资造价等方面进行了对比和分析,认为风道与主体结构进行结合设置的2种形式具有一定优势,可为今后车站风道设计提供借鉴和指导。

Abstract:

Due to the large crosssections, great construction difficulties, serious risks and long construction periods, the mined ventilation passages of Metro stations are critical and difficult points in the construction of Metro stations. In the paper, 4 layout modes of ventilation passages of integrated looped environment control system, including installing separate ventilation passage, combining the ventilation passage with the running tunnel, lengthening the main station structure and combining the ventilation passage with the main station structure, and installing another span for the main station structure and combining the ventilation passage with the main station structure, are studied, and the characteristics and application conditions of the 4 mentioned layout modes are analyzed. Case study in made on Liaogongzhuang Station on West Extension Project of Line 6 of Beijing Metro, and the architectural functions, structural features, engineering, investment and cost of the station under different ventilation passage layout modes are compared and analyzed. Conclusion is drawn that the 2 solutions of combining the ventilation passage with the main station structure have more advantages. The paper can provide reference for the design of the ventilation passages of other Metro stations in the future.
