水泥系与垂直冻结法在武汉地铁盾构接收中的组合应用

Combined Application of Cement System and Vertical Ground Freezing to Shield Receiving in Wuhan Metro

摘要:

为解决在武汉长江一级阶地且极复杂的施工环境下进行盾构接收的高风险问题,结合地铁7 号线王家墩东站—新华路站盾
构区间工程实例,通过方案比选及优化,盾构接收端头土体采用高压旋喷桩+玻璃纤维筋灌注桩的水泥系加固与垂直冻结法相结合
的加固方式,并辅以钢套筒完成盾构接收。通过对冻结效果进行验算,并按照施工时序归纳盾构接收流程、接收阶段主要施工参数
及盾构二次进洞施工方案,阐述组合方案在盾构进洞施工中的实践应用。实践证明组合方案技术性高、实施可行性强,无需进行地
面交通疏解和管涵改移,能有效地避免盾构接收过程中涌水、涌砂等风险,节约工程成本近500 万,综合效益显著,以期为今后类似
工程方案的设计与应用提供参考。

Abstract:

For the high risks of shield arrival in complex construction environment of the first terrace of Yangtze River, the method of combining vertical ground freezing and cement improvement, i. e. high pressure rotary jet pile and glass fiber reinforced pile, is taken to improve soil on shield ends in Wangjiadun East to Xinhua road section of Metro line 7 in Wuhan after solution comparison and optimization. Freezing effect is checked, and shield arrival process,main construction parameters in receiving stage, the construction scheme of two-time shield arrival are summarized to elaborate the application of combined schemes in shield arrival construction. It is proved that the combined solution is technically feasible, and it can effectively avoid the risk of water and sand gushing without surface traffic untwining and pipeline relocation when shield tunneling reaches the arrival area, which can save nearly 5 million RMB and bring significant comprehensive benefits. It is hoped to provide better reference for the similar project in the future.
