基于AM桩盖挖逆作地铁车站施工力学有限元分析

Finite Element Mechanical Analysis of Metro Station Constructed by Cut and Cover TopDown Method Based on AM Pile

摘要: : 盖挖逆作地下结构施工过程中,地下连续墙水平位移及各围护结构之间差异沉降过大,均会对结构造成不利影响。为解决围护结构之间差异沉降的控制难题,探索施工过程中结构的受力规律,以某采用盖挖逆作法施工的大型地铁换乘车站为研究背景,采用通用有限元软件ABAQUS进行数值模拟,研究盖挖逆作地下结构施工过程中结构受力及变形规律,计算分析施工过程中地下连续墙的变形、地下连续墙与相邻立柱桩的差异沉降、AM桩轴力分布情况,探讨运用AM桩对控制结构隆起和差异沉降的优势。结果表明: 1)楼板在施工过程中起到了良好的支撑作用,有效限制了地下连续墙的变形; 2)差异沉降随施工进行逐渐增大,在开挖底层土体时达到最大值,此为最不利工况,应及时进行封底; 3)在桩长和桩径参数相同的情况下,与等直径桩相比,采用AM桩能够有效减小结构的隆起以及差异沉降。

Abstract: During the construction of underground structure by cut and cover topdown method, the horizontal displacement of underground diaphragm wall and the differential settlement of retaining structures are overlarge, which would affect the structure. Hence, the stress and deformation of a largescale metro interchange station constructed by cut and cover topdown method are numerically simulated by general finite element software ABAQUS. And then the deformation of underground diaphragm wall, differential settlement between AM pile and underground diaphragm wall and the axial force distribution of AM pile are calculated and analyzed. Finally, the advantages of AM pile in controlling the structure deformation and differential settlement are discussed. The results demonstrate that: (1) The floor has a better limiting effect on the horizontal displacement of underground diaphragm wall. (2) The differential settlement gradually increases with the construction progress, and the maximum value occurs when excavating the bottom soil, which is the worst condition that should be sealed. (3) Under the same pile length and diameter, the AM pile is superior to others in terms of structural deformation and differential settlement control. The study results can provide reference for similar projects in the future.
