深中通道沉管运安船二次舾装区抗台风系泊计算分析

摘要: 国内在建深中通道沉管隧道工程项目中,沉管运输安装船(以下简称运安船)在桂山岛预制厂的二次舾装区内完成与沉管的连接和舾装,在遭遇台风等恶劣环境下,沉管运输安装船极易与二次舾装区岸壁发生碰撞事故。为避免碰撞事故发生造成沉管运输安装船损坏并进行针对性有效预防,采用CFD方法计算沉管运输安装船的风载荷和流载荷,结合三维势流软件AQWA模拟沉管运输安装船在舾装区内遭遇台风环境影响下的系泊系统,在时域下对沉管运输安装船在风浪流组合作用下的运动响应和系泊缆绳张力情况进行计算分析,通过计算结果表明,二次舾装区在不关闭坞门的情况下利用现有的沉管运输运安船坞内系泊系统,10级以下台风不会与二次舾装区岸壁发生碰撞,10级以上台风时为保证锚机安全需关闭坞门抗台风。

Abstract: The immersed pipe transportation and installation ship used in Shenzhen-Zhongshan link immersed tunnel project accomplished immersed pipes connection and outfitting in the secondary outfitting area of Guishandao prefabrication plant. In severe environments such as typhoon, the immersed pipe transportation-installation rig is easy to collide with the bank wall of the secondary outfitting area. To avoid this phenomenon, the computational fluid dynamics method is used to calculate the wind and flow loads of immersed pipe transportation-installation rig, and the mooring system of immersed pipe transportationinstallation rig under the influence of typhoon environment in outfitting area is simulated using threedimensional potential flow software AQWA. Additionally, the motion response and mooring cable tension of the immersed pipe transportation-installation rig under the combined action of wind, wave, and current are calculated and analyzed in the time domain. The calculation results show that the immersed pipe transportationinstallation rig docks in the secondary outfitting area will not collide with the bank wall of the secondary outfitting area without closing the dock gate when adopting the recommended mooring system in case of typhoon of grade 10 or lower, and the dock gate should be closed to ensure the safety of windlass in case of typhoon higher than grade 10.
