摘要: 为解决水泥搅拌桩成桩质量缺陷,提升实体工程品质,通过分析水泥搅拌桩成桩质量的影响因子,研究造成水泥搅拌桩成桩质量缺陷的原因,针对每种原因提出相应的解决措施,分析钻杆下沉或提升速度、转速、翼片宽度、翼片角度、翼片枚数、翼片组合方式等参数对成桩效果的影响,并通过建立数学模型进行剖析。得出: 当翼片枚数、翼片有效搅拌宽度一定时,钻杆转速越大,所允许钻杆下沉和提升速度越大;搅拌桩成桩质量不受翼片间距的影响。

Abstract: To improve the quality of mixing piles and further improve the quality of engineering, the factors affecting the quality of cement mixing piles are analyzed, the causes for quality defects of cement mixing piles are studied, and corresponding solutions are proposed. The influence of sinking and lifting speed, drilling speed, blade width, blade angle, blade number, and blade combination mode of drill rod on the pile formation effect is analyzed, and a mathematical model is established. It is concluded that when the number and the effective mixing width of blade are constant, the greater the drilling speed of the drill rod, the greater the allowable sinking and lifting speed; while the blade spacing does not affect the quality of the mixing pile.
