软岩大变形隧道预应力锚索一体化施工设备与机械化配套工艺研究——以木寨岭公路隧道为例

Integrated Construction Equipment and Mechanized Supporting Technology of Prestressed Anchor Cable for Muzhailing Highway Tunnel 

in Soft Rock with Large Deformation

摘要: 为提高软岩大变形隧道预应力锚索的施工质量与施工速度,推进软岩大变形隧道机械化施工进程,依托木寨岭公路隧道,基于预应力锚索机械化施工关键技术研发,以实现预应力锚索钻、装、锚、拉一体化施工为突破口,通过悬臂掘进机、多功能锚索台车等大型关键设备构建软岩大变形隧道全机械化施工方法,于武都右线方向开展试验段研究。得出主要结论: 1)预应力锚索机械化施工关键技术的研发与集成,实现了软弱破碎围岩预应力锚索高效、稳定施工,锚索施工质量显著提升,锚索有效预应力提高近100 kN; 2)软岩大变形隧道全机械化施工方法转变了传统依靠人力的施工模式,施工质量、施工速度得以大幅提升,初期支护施工人员减少1/5,单个初期支护施工循环时间缩短近2 h,洞周收敛减小值最大达48.6%。

Abstract:

To improve the construction quality and speed of prestressed anchor cables and promote the mechanized construction process in soft rock tunnels with large deformation, a case study is conducted on the Muzhailing highway tunnel. Then, based on the R&D of key technologies for the mechanized construction of prestressed anchor cables, test sections of the Wudu right line of the Muzhailing tunnel are selected by building a fully mechanized construction method for soft rock tunnels with large deformation using largescale key equipment, such as cantilever road header and multifunctional cable anchor trolley, to realize the integrated construction of drilling, installation, anchoring, and pulling of prestressed anchor cables. The following results are obtained from the case study. (1) The development and integration of key technologies for the mechanized construction of prestressed anchor cables realize the efficient and stable construction of prestressed anchor cables in soft and broken surrounding rocks. The construction quality of anchor cables is significantly improved, and the effective prestress of anchor cables is increased by approximately 100 kN. (2) The fully mechanized construction method of soft rock tunnels with large deformation does not require extra labor while significantly improving the construction quality and speed. The labor required for primary support is reduced by 1/5 compared with the traditional method, the construction cycling time of a single primary support is shortened by approximately 2 h, and the maximum reduction of convergence around the tunnel reaches 48.6%.
