摘要:

为研究注浆材料各组成参数对惰性同步注浆浆液性能的影响规律,配制出高效惰性同步注浆浆液,采用正交试验方法,探讨水胶比、胶砂比、膨水比、粉灰比以及外加剂FDN-3和硅灰对惰性浆液性能的影响,提出惰性同步注浆浆液配比的优化方向,为越来越广泛的盾构隧道同步注浆施工提供借鉴作用。

Abstract:

The influence of the raw material on the properties of singlecomponent inert grout for simultaneous grouting is investigated systematically. The influences of the watercement ratio, gelsand ratio, bentonitewater ratio, fly ashcement ratio, admixture FDN3 and silica fume on the properties of the simultaneous grout are studied. The trend of the optimization of the mixing proportions of simultaneous grout is proposed on basis of the study results. This paper can be served as reference for the mixing of simultaneous grout in shield tunneling in the future.
