武汉首例矩形顶管地铁出入口施工监测及数值模拟分析

Construction Monitoring and Numerical Simulation Analysis of the First Metro Entrance/exit Tunnel Constructed by Rectangular Pipe Jacking Method in Wuhan

摘要:

为研究矩形顶管施工对周边环境的影响,以武汉地铁2号线王家墩东站Ⅳ号出入口兼过街通道采用的矩形顶管技术试验工程为背景,通过对矩形顶管法地下通道施工过程的现场监测和三维数值模拟,分析矩形顶管施工对周围环境的影响及地层位移的变化规律,得到武汉长江Ι级阶地区地下通道采用偏心多轴多刀盘土压平衡式矩形顶管技术施工的一般规律。实测数据分析结果和数值模拟结果表明: 1)地表的最终沉降值与该处对应断面的开挖时序成正比; 2)顶管机掌子面前方土体产生地表隆起,掌子面后方土体产生地表沉降; 3)地层沉降位移随距离顶管顶进轴线的增大而减小,影响范围约为3倍洞径。

Abstract:

No 4 entrance/exit tunnel of Wangjiadun East station on Line 2 of Wuhan Metro is the first tunnel in Wuhan that has been built by rectangular pipe jacking method The authors analyze the influence on the surrounding environment and the ground displacement laws imposed by tunneling by rectangular pipe jacking method by means of field monitoring and threedimensional numerical simulation, with the construction of No 4 entrance/exit tunnel of Wangjiadun East station as an example. Conclusions drawn are as follows: 1) The final ground surface settlement is proportional to the excavation timing of the corresponding crosssection; 2) Ground surface heaving occurs in front of the face of the pipe jacking machine, while ground surface settlement occurs behind the face of the pipe jacking machine; 3) The ground surface settlement decreases as the distance from the rectangular pipe jacking axis increases, and the range of the influence is about 3 times of the tunnel diameter
