双护盾TBM在青岛城市轨道交通工程中的应用与实践

摘要: : 为提高以中微风化岩质地层为主的青岛城市轨道交通区间隧道工程的施工速度和安全性,改善工作环境,加强施工过程中 的风险与环境控制,以青岛地铁2号线Ⅰ期工程为背景,针对岩质地层城轨交通工程埋深浅、地质变化大、城市密集建(构)筑物周 边环境复杂等外部特征,以及隧道线路短、曲线半径小、施工组织复杂等自身特点,对采用双护盾TBM施工方法的城轨交通区间隧 道工程设备研发制造、隧道结构型式和现场施工方案进行研究,研发制造首台城轨交通紧凑型双护盾TBM,设计城轨交通双护盾 TBM隧道结构,并提出城轨交通区间隧道双护盾TBM始发、到达、过站、转场、快速施工等土建技术方案。

Abstract: The construction speed, safety and working environment of the urban rail transit tunnel project in Qingdao located mainly in slightly-moderately weathered rock stratum should be improved, and the risk and environmental control in the construction process should be strengthened. The Phase I Project of Qingdao Metro Line 2 is characterized by short route, small curve radius and complex construction organization, and the external environment of the Project is characterized by shallow burial depth, various geological conditions and dense surrounding buildings. Therefore, the research and development of equipment, tunnel structural type and site construction scheme of double-shield TBM in urban rail transit tunnel are studied. The first compact double-shield TBM for urban rail transit is developed and manufactured, the structure of the tunnel with double-shield TBM is designed, and the technical schemes for launching, station-passing, transition and rapid construction of double-shield TBM are proposed.
