摘要: 为有效监控城市轨道交通全线网设施结构安全状态及影响因素,提前预控相关风险,对当前安全监护管理现状进行调研并充分借鉴建设期风险评估及管理理论成果,探索城市轨道交通设施结构安全风险监控管理基本方法及理论,形成风险管控体系,并研发城市轨道交通设施结构安全风险管控平台。该平台从系统架构设计、功能模块设置等方面综合考虑当前轨道交通设施结构安全监护管控现状,融入风险、隐患双重管控机制,可实现对轨道交通设施结构建设、运维全寿命周期数据的有效查询、管控及内、外部影响因素的全过程有效跟踪管控。通过引入结构智能安全评估与分析模块,可辅助判断当前轨道交通设施安全状态。

Abstract: Monitoring the structural safety status of rail transit facilities is an essential task in full line networks. By recognizing the influencing factors of structural safety, the related risks can be controlled in advance. Based on the present situation of safety monitoring management of urban rail transit facilities and the research results of risk assessment and management theory during the construction period, in this study, the basic methods and theories of risk monitoring and management of facility structures are investigated. Further, a risk management and control system platform for urban rail transit facility structure is developed. The safety monitoring, management, and control of the urban rail transit facility structure are considered from various aspects, such as system architecture design and function module settings. Applying the doublecontrol mechanism of risks and hidden dangers, the life cycle data of construction, operation, and maintenance of the rail transit facility structure are obtained and effective tracing and control of affecting process of internal and external factors are achieved. The intelligent structural safety assessment and analysis module can help in judging the safety status of current rail transit facilities.
