摘要:
盾构隧道管片内径选择的合理与否直接关系着隧道的整体性能,为优化盾构隧道的管片内径,调研国内外各大城市既有盾构隧道管片内径的情况,从隧道寿命、建筑限界、轨道铺设和技术经济性方面对管片内径选择进行研究,得到以下结论: 为确保特殊地段道床的减振效果,建议将盾构隧道的建筑限界调整为5 300 mm;地铁盾构隧道寿命应与城市发展寿命相一致,管片内径加大到5 800 mm及以上是符合实际需求的,可为后期二次衬砌加固预留空间,并且能够大幅降低后期的维修保养投入。

Abstract:
The inner diameter of shield tunnel segment has a significant effect on integral performance of tunnel structure. In this paper, the stateoftheart of the selection of inner diameter of shield tunnel segment in China and abroad is studied in terms of tunnel service life, tunnel construction clearance, track laying and technoeconomic benefit. The study results show that: 1) The tunnel construction clearance should be 5 300 mm so as to guarantee vibration reducing effect of track bed in special section. 2) The inner diameter of shield tunnel segment should be enlarged to more than 5 800 mm so as to guarantee the tunnel service life, provide space for secondary lining of tunnel and reduce maintaining cost obviously.
