Optimization of Connection Rebar between Secondary
Lining and Cable Duct in Highway Tunnels

摘要:

 以某公路隧道为例,通过对比分析“先做边墙基础法”和“不做边墙基础法”2种施工方法的优缺点,认为二次衬砌边墙混凝土与电缆沟之间需通过连接钢筋来保证其成为一个整体。由于预埋连接钢筋存在着“顺直度不易保证、架立钢筋的安装需采取辅助措施”等问题,在施工过程中采用了连接钢筋的改进方法—植筋法。最后从施工质量、施工用料、施工进度等方面比较预埋连接钢筋法和植筋法,得出了植筋法优于预埋钢筋法的结论。

Abstract:

  Taking one of the highway tunnel as an example, the author compares and analyses the advantages and disadvantages of "method of constructing side wall foundation first" and "no side wall foundation method". Then, the author suggests that in order to make the concrete side wall of the second lining and the cable duct an integral part, connection rebar should be used. Due to the drawbacks as "it is difficult to control the positions of the rebars" and "erection rebar needs some assistant measures" of the rebar embedding method, rebar planting method, instead of rebar embedding method is used during construction. Finally, comparison is made between rebar embedding method and rebar planting in terms of construction quality, construction materials and construction schedule, which concludes that rebar planting method is superior to rebar embedding method
