通过隧道塌方冒顶段施工技术

摘要:

具茨山隧道右线YK37+671处由于突然出现溶洞而发生塌方,在塌方处理过程中再次发生塌方并冒顶,为降低施工影响,保证运营安全,通过运用对塌陷体进行地表注浆加固、不开挖工作室且使用跟管钻的长大管棚及配合使用注浆小导管的超前支护技术、CRD工法开挖技术、塌方段两端加强衬砌后再处理侵限段的技术和地表陷穴处理技术,结合超前地质预报、监控量测技术手段,成功通过塌方冒顶地段,对隧道塌方冒顶工程的预防和处理具有一定的指导意义。

Abstract:

 Due to the sudden encountering of karst caves, collapse occurs at YK37+671 of Jucishan tunnel. During the treatment of the collapse, chimney collapse occurs. In order to minimize the construction influence and to ensure the operation safety of the tunnel, collapse treatment technologies, such as consolidating the collapse body by grouting from the ground surface, long pipe roof installed without excavating working chamber, grouted small pipe forepoling, excavation by CRD method, treatment of clearance interfering section after the lining structure on both sides of the collapse area is strengthened, ground surface subsidence treatment, advance geology forecasting and monitoring, are used, which ensures that the tunnel driving passes through the collapse area successfully. The paper can provide reference for the collapse treatment of other tunnels in the future.
