摘要:

宜万线堡镇隧道施工中遇到高地应力软岩大变形,开挖地质情况与设计不符,初期支护变形严重等问题,为了安全顺利通过此段,施工中采用了先柔后刚、先放后抗、多重支护,提高二次衬砌刚度和超短台阶等支护措施,有效控制了围岩大变形。为了更好地控制变形,采用了变形预测程序,通过对预测值和实测值比较,证实了预测软件具有较好的可靠性。通过变形量测资料及时调整支护参数,顺利通过了高地应力软岩段。

Abstract:

 During the construction of Baozhen tunnel on YichangWanzhou railway, serious deformation of soft rocks with high ground stress, unconformity between excavationrevealed geological conditions and the designed geological conditions and severe support distortions happen. In order to ensure the successful tunneling through this section, countermeasures including installing flexible support before the installation of the rigid support, stress releasing before stress resisting, installing multilayer supports, improving the rigidness of the secondary lining and adopting supershort benches are taken, which brings the serious deformation of the surrounding rock mass under control. In order to better control the deformation, deformation predicting program is adopted. The comparison between the predicted values and the measured values shows that the software has a good reliability. By means of timely adjusting the support parameters according to the monitoring data, the tunneling successfully passes through the section.
