摘要:

企业竞争的实质是人才的竞争,在建筑市场竞争日趋激烈的情况下,为满足市场变化的需要,增强企业的核心竞争力,必须提高对人力的管理水平。结合国有建筑施工企业的现状,从优化人才结构、提升人才素质、探索多层次的激励机制等方面对人才状况进行分析与思考。

Abstract:

The essential of the competitions among enterprises is the competition in human resources. The human resources management level must be improved in order to satisfy the requirements of the changing market and to strengthen the enterprises’ core competition capabilities. In the paper, comments are made, on basis of the situations of the human resources management of stateowned construction enterprises, on the human resources management in terms of improving the structure and quality of the human resources and adopting multilevel incentive systems.
