摘要:

结合实际工程论述了高竖井施工采取预留岩塞、设安全隔离平台、对竖井进行分段开挖等具体措施,化长竖井为短竖井,降低了施工难度。同时实现了同一竖井混凝土施工与开挖施工、灌浆施工平行作业,达到缩短竖井施工期的目的。详细介绍了在该竖井混凝土施工中采取的液压滑模、钢筋直螺纹连接、运输吊笼防坠保护等新技术,形成了一套安全快速进行高竖井施工的方法,对竖井混凝土施工辅助系统也进行了全面的介绍。

Abstract:

Taking the concrete construction of the water intake vertical shaft of Zhouning hydropower works as an example, the authors present such measures as preserving the rock plugs, installing safety separation platforms and shaft sinking section by section, which are taken to divide the deep vertical shaft into short shafts so as to reduce the construction difficulty. Furthermore, the concrete construction is carried out in parallel to the shaft sinking construction and grouting construction so as to minimize the construction period of the vertical shaft. The authors also present such new technologies as hydraulic slip formworks, straight thread connection of rebars, droppingprevention of hoisting cages. Therefore, a set of safe and quick construction method for deep vertical shafts is formed. Finally, the authors present the assistant systems for the concrete construction of the vertical shaft.
