摘要:

由于盾构经过长距离砂层中掘进,刀具损坏严重,且由于该段地层上软下硬,盾构进入该段时掘进非常困难,根据工期要求及对接方案的可行性的综合分析评价,选择矿山法完成贯通对接。详细介绍了盾构法隧道与矿山法隧道对接施工技术。

Abstract:

Due to the serious damages of the cutting tools of the shield machine after longdistance boring in sand layers, as well as the hardsoft heterogeneous ground conditions in the portion of the tunnel, it would be of great difficulty for the shield machine to drive through the tunnel portion. On basis of the comprehensive evaluations on the requirements of the construction schedules and the feasibility of various connection alternatives, the alternative of mined tunnel is determined to be adopted. The article presents the construction technology of the connection portion between the shielddriven tunnel and the mined tunnel in detail.
