摘要:

根据现场条件对石太客运专线太行山隧道8#无轨运输斜井井底段的设计、施工方案进行了优化,提高了井底车辆的通行能力和运输效率,加快了施工进度,针对井底岔口段复杂的膏溶角砾岩地层,采用棚架法挑顶施工技术,采取小进尺、弱爆破、强支护等措施,确保挑顶的安全施工,达到了预期效果,可为今后类似的斜井隧道设计、施工提供参考。

Abstract:

The design and construction plan of the bottom section of No. 8 inclined shaft (with trackless transportation system) of Taihangshan tunnel on Shijiazhuang~Taiyuan passengerdedicated railway is optimized according to the actual conditions of the jot site so as to improve the vehicle flowing and the transportation efficiency and to speed up the construction progress. Due to the complex gypsum breccia ground at the junction between the inclined shaft and the main tunnel, roof ripping construction technology is adopted and such countermeasures as small advance rate, weak blasting and strong reinforcement are taken, which ensures the safety of the roof ripping construction and achieves expected effects. The paper can provide reference for the design and construction of similar works in the future.
