Abstract: Bed rocks intrude into the scope of a shieldbored running tunnel of Shenzhen Metro. Blasting and grouting are carried out so as to ensure the successful driving of the shield. Geophysical prospecting, including high density resistivity method and Rayleigh wave method, is made to detect the effect of the blasting and grouting. In the paper, study is made on the mentioned geophysical prospecting methods. Conclusions drawn are as follows: 1) Quantitative analysis is achieved to some extent and the effects of the blasting and grouting are reflected by the resistivity and the transverse wave velocity. 2) Continuous monitoring and final evaluation of the effects of blasting and grouting are realized, which can provide reference for the blasting and grouting.
Key words: shield tunneling, bed rock, blasting, grouting, high density resistivity method, Rayleigh wave method
