Abstract:

The accurate positioning of the intermediate piles of Metro stations constructed by cutandcover topdown method is one of the key technologies for the construction of the intermediate piles. Fumin station of line 7 of Shenzhen Metro is constructed by cutandcover topdown method. In the construction of the Metro station, a positioning device is developed and applied for the intermediate piles. The engineering practice shows that, due to the application of the positioning device, accurate positioning of the intermediate piles has been achieved. In the paper, the application of the positioning device, the design and application of the movable joints, the construction of the intermediate piles and the measurement of the inclination of the lattice columns are presented. 
