Study on Rapidhardening Highperformance Simultaneous  Grouting Material for Shieldbored Tunnels

Abstract: performance simultaneous grouting material with properties including rapid hardening, antwaterdispersion and good stability is needed in order to meet the requirements of the simultaneous grouting in shield tunneling under large water flow conditions, high water pressure conditions and high water flushing conditions. Rapidhardening highperformance simultaneous grouting material with 210 mm initial fluidity, 0.14% water bleeding rate, 9.6 pH value, and 2.5 MPa 1day compressive strength is obtained, with 42.5 rapid hardening sulphoaluminate cement (R. SAC42.5), fly ash(FA), slag(SL) and sand used as the main matrix materials, and waterreducing admixture(PC)bentonite(BE)triethanolamine accelerator(TEA) used as the water retaining, stable, and early strength additive components. The optimum mix of the rapidhardening highperformance simultaneous grouting material is that: R.SAC42.5∶FA∶SL∶BE∶sand∶water∶PC∶TEA=1∶3∶1∶0.5∶10∶2.25∶0.03∶0.08%. 
