Development of Additives Dedicated for Preparing Highperformance  Simultaneous Grouting Material

Abstract:

Bentonite, attapulgite clay, hypromellose cellulose, hydroxyethyl cellulose, FDN water reducer and polycarboxylate water reducer are used to be compounded with sodium gluconate to develop HMA additive, so as to prepare highperformance simultaneous grouting material on basis of mucks produced in shield tunneling. The test results show that the simultaneous grouting material with HMA additive has good workability, with the initial fluidity being up to 210 mm and the fluidity loss being very small; the simultaneous grouting material can prevent the segments from upfloating effectively; the simultaneous grouting material has a consistence value of around 10 cm, a bleeding rate of almost 0 and good resistance to water dispersion, and the simultaneous grouting material has a 28 d amphibious strength ratio up to more than 0.90. These results indicate that HMA additive is very suitable for preparing highperformance simultaneous grouting material.
