Abstract:
The TBM, continuous belt conveyor mucking system and synchronous construction of arch lining are applied to the exit section of West Qinling Extralong Tunnel; and the construction transportation capacity is large and the transportation distance reaches 20 km. As a result, rational track transportation system is needed for rapid TBM construction. In this paper, the arrangement and adjustment process of the transportation system are presented in terms of capacity analysis, train marshalling, rail layout and configuration of dispatching system. The results show that: 1) The matching of the production facilities and the rail line should be taken into consideration, and the layout of parking lot outside the tunnel should be paid attention to during temporary engineering design. 2) The train marshalling should be constantly adjusted during construction; and the informatization level of the dispatching system should be improved. Finally, the feasibility of the track transportation system is verified by advancing data of the project; therefore the rapid construction is achieved.
