Abstract:

When adopting track transportation for mucking of tunnel constructed by TBM, the mucking process of muck car is always complicated and the continuous operation of the diesel locomotive for the traction of train marshalling will increase the exhaust emission. As a result, the mobile shuttle conveyor is equipped with the backup system of doubleshield TBM used in Qingdao Metro tunnel, which can realize forward and backward movement and clockwise and anticlockwise running for mucking of muck car. The principle, structural components, moving mode, tensioning mode and driving mode of the mobile shuttle conveyor are studied and its application effect is analyzed. The results show that the abovementioned technology is feasible and practical to the backup mucking of TBM, which can simplify the construction process and improve the working efficiency.
