Abstract:

For matching the safety, fast and high quality railway building technology, based on largescale whole process mechanized construction of ZhengzhouWanzhou Highspeed Railway. China Railway Construction Heavy Industry Limited Company (CRCC) has developed series of intelligent equipment for key processes, such as advanced support, drillblast excavation, primary support, secondary lining. It also expounds four support technologies of intelligent construction equipment for drilling and blasting method tunnels, namely: surrounding rock parameter identifying and processing system, threedimensional spatial positioning and measurement system, big data processing and sharing system, intelligent control and decision making system, which are the basis and premise for realizing the intelligent whole lifecycle of tunnels. Meanwhile, the platform of construction collaborative management has been studied by using the technologies such as advanced sensing, the Internet, big data analysis and artificial intelligence. With the help of the tunnel highcapacity communication network and the tunnel intelligent construction collaborative management platform, the interconnection and interaction between equipment and equipment, equipment and environment, equipment and ground in the tunnel are realized, which provides equipment support for the intelligent construction of tunnels.
