Design and Application Technology of New Type of Lining Trolley  with FormworkFrame Integration

Abstract:

In order to guarantee the vibrating safety of sidewall and the normal running of vehicles during concrete lining construction, the design scheme and parameters of a new type of lining trolley with formworkframe integration for Zhongyi singletrack railway tunnel of LXZQ2 Bid Section on LijiangShangrila Railway are developed by systematically analyze the concrete lining construction and lining trolley structure. The trolley is equipped by formworkframe integration technology and the new convenient vibrating technology, which has been applied to Zhongyi Tunnel. The applicable results show that: (1) The internal clearance of the trolley is increased, the loader and the slagcarrying vehicles can easily pass through the bottom of the trolley to prevent hidden dangers such as bumps. (2) Two hours can be saved when carrying out formwork closing and demolishing comparing to the old trolley. (3) The safety can be improved by adopting new vibrator with light weight and 42 V low voltage; at the same time, the labor intensity of the workers can be greatly reduced by the action of the elastic reel and the guiding device.
