Research on Correlation of Key Parameters of TBM Cutter Head Based on Improved CSM Model

Abstract: In order to grasp the correlation between TBM tunneling parameters and geological parameters, operation parameters and cutterhead design parameters, based on CSM model of hob force, the quantitative relationship between rock breaking force and structure parameters of hob, TBM operation parameters and formation strength parameters is established by approximate calculation and derivation. The relationship of parameters derivated is validated by indoor scale hob test. For the matching relationship between TBM tunneling parameters and surrounding rock conditions, based on the TBM in Gaoligongshan Tunnel of DiliRuili Railway, the method, using the ratio of thrust and torque to judge the change of formation integrity is put forward after data analysis and comparison.
