Abstract: To explore the major considering factors and the key points of each factor when selecting crosssection structure for prefabricated metro station, the prefabricated station of metro line 16 in Shenzhen is studied and its experience is summarized. The main conclusions are as follows: (1) The crosssection of prefabricated metro station must meeting the needs of various architecture functions, thus it is better to choose the crosssection with columnless vault. (2) Considering the influence of structure and construction process, a whole baseplate is superior to three divided blocks; considering the factors of structural vector height,stress, hoisting process, and construction cost, onewholeplate structure is more suitable for roof structure. (3) The deformation and stress of large block components during hoisting process and the key problems and corresponding solutions in transportation are analyzed, which proves the feasibility of large block components scheme.
