Abstract:

Under the condition of economic globalization, the modern enterprises not only need to face the challenges of all kinds of risks, but also need to take the direct responsibility of the risks. It proves that the more developed of the economic globalization, the more intense of the market competitions and the higher of the risks that the enterprises need to face, which leads to more necessisty to strengthen the management of the enterprise's risks. The management of the enterprise's financial risks, which is one of the fundamental aspects of the management of the enterprise's risks, is of great significance. The article makes discussions on the features, classifications, causes, prevention and control measures and technical methods of the enterprise's financial risks.
