Abstract:

In the paper, the contradictions between the human resources of construction enterprises and the requirement of the market under the condition of dramatic enlarging of construction scales of railway works in China are listed, the problems in the human resource management and human resource contract fulfilling, as well as the causes for the problems are analyzed and some countermeasures are recommended in aspect of meeting the requirements of the market, taking full use of and stabilizing the existing human resources of construction enterprises and developing external human resources.
