Abstract:
As a result of the special route, geographic and geomorphic conditions, high slope or unsymmetrical loading tunnel inevitably appears on the highway adjacent to mountains. In order to minimize the geological hazards and maximize the natural environment protection, shed tunnel was chosen. Compared to common opencut tunnel, the stress distribution of shed tunnel is very complex, which include the asymmetricallyload from backfill and different stress effects from artificial slope. For the purpose of study the effects of slope acting on shed tunnel structure, the design of shed tunnel structure adjacent to mountain according to stratum structure method is put forward. Furthermore, the construction process of shed tunnel is dynamically simulated by the finite element software. The features of force and deformation of shed tunnel structure is researched under different load with stress release rate ranging from 0% to 50%.
