Abstract: The risk hidden in the space of long road tunnel could cause serious life loses and transportation system damage. Therefore, how to prevent and decrease the impact of disaster should be considered for the disaster precaution and security management in the long road tunnel area. Disaster rescue is a race against time, and time delay is the key to overall disaster prevention goal. If thinking of disaster rescue only in scenarios of disaster aftermath, then causal system relationships and disaster information delay sequences would not be exhibited. Furthermore, disaster rescues crossorganization coordination, emergency response expatriation, rescue site urgency, and importance fail to realistically reflect overall disaster prevention and rescue systems. This study adopted systematic thinking to consider disaster complexity, crossdiscipline applications, technical research limits, discussed causal relationship of disaster subsystems, studied root problems of disaster prevention and disaster prevention measures, established a qualitative analysis model of systematic structure, in order to avoid buildup of disaster derived sequences. Therefore, overall systematic thinking of disaster prevention strategies and management will aid in creating future dynamic system models and risk management analysis.
